Description of Silver Extruder
1. Equipment definition
Silver extruder is a special equipment that drives the die through a high-pressure hydraulic system to extrude silver ingots (or silver alloys) into silver tubes, silver rods, silver wires, and special-shaped materials. It is widely used in the production of jewelry, electronics, and industrial silver parts.
2. Working principle
Feeding: The silver billet is heated to the plastic deformation temperature (pure silver is about 200-400℃).
Extrusion: The hydraulic cylinder pushes the extrusion rod, and the silver billet is formed through the die.
Cooling/cutting: The formed silver material is cut to a fixed length after water cooling or air cooling.

Advantages of short-stroke back loading structure
1. The extrusion stroke of the short-stroke extruder is notably shorter than that of conventional extruders, resulting in a reduced frame opening. This design enhancement significantly increases the rigidity of the stress frame, surpassing traditional extruders by 30%.
2. By decreasing the volume of the main side cylinder, hydraulic oil usage is minimized. This reduction enhances both speed and pressure control accuracy while also shortening the time required for pressure adjustments. Consequently, energy consumption is lowered, and the impact of oil during pressure relief is mitigated.
3.Eliminating the gasket circulation system not only reduces reactive operation time but also diminishes the power consumption of the production line. As a result, non-extrusion time is reduced by 15%.
4.Implementation of a translation manipulator powered by a servo motor contributes to a 15% decrease in non-extrusion time.
